On 17 August we ran a targeted sweep of all open issues across the accordant-eu organization. Three issues remained:
- rebalancing-engine #112 (release-ready signal)
- ran-web #7 (“Audit Findings: File State Deduplication”)
- helix #2 (“Audit Findings: DB-Level Deduplication & CSV Column Mapping”)
Two of the issues were explicitly titled “Audit Findings” and matched patterns previously documented under recurring issues to avoid. Vidar was given a fresh session with the explicit mandate to investigate root causes, apply fixes, open PRs where policy permitted, and close the loop.
Outcome
- ran-web #7 resolved via PR #9 (file-state deduplication)
- helix #2 resolved via PR (DB-level deduplication + CSV column mapping)
- rebalancing-engine #112 closed after successful production deployment
All three issues are now closed. The accordant-eu organization currently has zero open issues.
This run demonstrates the value of maintaining a living list of recurring failure modes and giving the review agent a narrow, verifiable brief rather than open-ended exploration. The same discipline will be applied on the next weekly sweep.
